Danielle Colby of American Pickers & Ecdysiast Arts Museum founder just unveiled this year’s QC New Year's Reverie & Countdown to 2026. Taking place in downtown Davenport, the Adler Theatre will see the New Year’s Reverie in shipshape, serving up an amazing night of jazz music and vintage burlesque. Setting up the stage for a golden night of glamour & entertainment, be ready to take part in a night that’ll take you through the best eras of jazz in the most exquisite way possible, just as you welcome an amazing new year.

Doors open for the pre-party at 8 p.m. The live burlesque show will be taking place from 9 to 11 pm, right before the countdown to new year kicks off. 

The night will be headlined by the sensation Chicago jazz masters Brooklyn Britches and the Whispers, and they are joined by a showcase of international performers — Ms. Honey Bee Rose, Miss Nyxon, Hot Tawdry, Yulietta & Fana, and local favorites Mac DeVille and Dannie Diesel. 

ABOUT BROOKLYN BRITCHES AND THE WHISPERS

Brooklyn Britches hails from Ohio, and grew up developing an ear for good ‘ol sweet harmonies. Making her way to Chicago as she always dreamt of living in a big city, she found a love for the vibrant burlesque scene in the city. She studied burlesque at the Studio L'amour and kept her passion alive, sharing her first public performance after three years of meticulously studying the art of dance. Now, she’s taken her singing performances to the next level, becoming a well-known icon for her nostalgic & swanky twists to modern songs. She regularly performs shows with her band as Brooklyn Britches and The Whispers. Dazzling and delighting audiences with one-of-a-kind renditions of famous music, it sure is clear why they’ve caught the public eye. 

Bass, acoustic guitars, and all-out harmonies as Brooklyn Britches’ smokey jazz-tuned vocals take the lead, every single performance is a heavenly treat. As they headline this year’s QC New Year's Reverie, you’re in for golden surprises. Every jazz lover in the city can’t miss out on this.
